I Need More Gray Matter

It has become painfully obvious to me that unlike my muscles that quickly respond to stress and regular exercise, my brain is a couch potato and proving resistant to rigorous daily mental workouts. At first I thought I needed more of that gray stuff. Or is it more of that white stuff? That I needed a different gene pool. Or worse, maybe I had used whatever gray matter I had all up. Sadly I can't buy it. Can't inject it into my brain like I do botox in my brow. Happily there is a solution. By figuring out things and working my gray matter,
"pressing mental iron"
— and not just a lot of crossword puzzles or artificial problems but stuff worth figuring out or learning, stuff even worth getting excited about, I can increase my capacity to concentrate, focus and to think. Wen Wenger and his Einstein Factor also recommneds holding my breath each day under water for progressively longer periods of time. By practising this for up to an hour each day
and
benchpressing data, I can indeed increase the gray matter.
This gives me hope - I can teach this aging dog new tricks. I just hope I don't drown while in the process!
