What Makes You More Alive

While recently reading Competitor Magazine a letter to the editor caught my eye particulary in light of the upcoming third Annual Resolutionary Challenge which will begin on Monday. The author, Galen Erickson, saw this quote which changed his focus and ultimately his life: " Ask not what the world needs, ask what makes you more alive. Because what the world needs is people who are more alive."

Later the author would meet someone who shared another gem "You have one dial for life - either you turn up the intensity of experience or you turn it down."
