Tonight as B and I were practising yoga, I felt this incredible rush. Here the love of my life and I lay inches apart doing something we both enjoy. No competition. Just breathig and being. There is nothing to get in yoga. In a few weeks we are going to start bridge classes. I had read somewhere that bridge helps stave off dementia. When I asked if he wanted to take some beginner classes with me, he didn't groan in disgust as he once did when I suggested salsa dancing instruction a few years ago. This new realised companionship is the gift his cancer left us. He paid a price for it.

That's nice that you have things you like to do together. I also love that you mentioned the yoga has no competition...I'm guessing the bridge classes may not be quite the same! Good luck! And I'm shocked that B said no to salsa dancing lessons. Were those the ones taught by Bella and Carlos? James used to home teach with them, and one night while they were eating dinner at our house, we promised that we would show up that week to learn...but we didn't.
Love those silver linings Bonnie! Yoga and Bridge! Love it!!!! Im trying to invision Bob in a yoga pretzel pose...you will have to sneak a picture. The salsa dancing sounds so fun tho! Maybe the young women will be interested ;).
