Cold Blooded

After two games of laser quest I have decided that I might have a cold blooded side to me I didn't know about. Going with the youth to Laser Quest last night for joint activity was to satisfy a few young women who want to have a little more adventure in their lives.

If I have played this in the past, I don't remember. I have never played video games. I have only fired a bebe gun once when I was trying to earn some money from the program the government had at that time to reduce the gopher population. They paid a penny per tail. I didn't make any money. Didn't like the kickback, yes even from the bebe gun.

My moniker was Amazon Queen. The first game I played was  dismal though not the worst. When I asked Terminator AKA Austin how he had so many points, he shared his strategy with me. I had to protect myself in the open, snipe from the top when innocents went across the bridge and most important stay away from the pacts. My second game was much better. (I know that score might make you wonder how it could be better, but seriously I was mid-way this time. Oh that competitive heart I have.)

What really surprised me was how much fun I had. There is something really satisfying about zapping a target and paralyzing it for five seconds. And I really liked being stealthful and finding hiding spots. Who knew? Way more fun than quilting. I'm just saying.
