Last night I camped out with my chair, blanket and multiple layers of clothing in a parking lot across from the University. All night! In 3 C temperatures. With 300+ students. Why you might ask? Why indeed? An affordable parking pass for Child #4. And where was said Child #4 while I was listening to inane 19 year old conversation? Breathing second hand smoke? Shivering, sleepless, and stiff in my chair? The things I do for love. I have ridden a bus from Montreal to Boston in the middle of the night. I have driven from San Antonio to SLC and then camped in a hotel for five days. I have shopped at midnight for the right spaghetti pot. I've learned basketball (though my "press him, press him" might suggest otherwise). Some might say I have no boundaries. Some might even suggest that I indulge those I love. But I have my spouse's example of what he does for love and I look selfish in comparison. He comes to yoga with me. He runs errands in the middle of the night. In the dead of winter. He lets the dog out while we, in our warm comfortable beds, all ignore F's yelping. What do you do because you love?

umm...not as much as you do!! But I did let the kids read my book first....
Also...if I do things full of resentment, do they count?
Loved that video. And I think I have a blouse that looks just like Rod's. Weird.
